How to set up Vanguard Event Activations?

Environment

  • environment: Vanguard display
  • Product: Software
  • Control System: Vanguard Professional or Standard software

Cause

  • Setup specific messages for controller events

Resolution

  1. Open Vanguard by logging in with the username and password.
  2. From the Home tab select Display Control Panel.
  3. Under Messaging Options select Change Event Activation.
  4. Select Change activation next to Power recovery, Communication loss or General event activation.
  5. Select Blank display, Play message or Play schedule.
  6. Set the event times accordingly.
