Cause

  • The cause is unknown. It could be bandwidth issues, Media Kit Downloader issue or just a large file being downloaded.

Resolution

If it Freezes in the middle of the download:
  1. Close/Crash Media Kit downloader.
  2. Restart the Media Kit downloader per option 2 of DD1986681.
  3. Select Display Type.
  4. Choose Get latest Content Only, to avoid downloading files that are already downloaded.

  5. Click Download.
If it freezes at the end of the download:
  1. Launch Daktronics Content Studio.
  2. Verify that the Media Kit loads in Media Library.
    •  If it loads, close/crash the Media Kit Downloader.
    • If it did not download, close/crash the Media Kit Downloader and try again.
