Steps
1. Navigate to the manufacturer’s Muting Disable Request form:
○ Example: Plura licensing form
2. Enter the required password:
○ HDCPlicense
3. Complete the request form:
○ Provide device serial number
○ Include requester title (e.g., Chief Engineer, Director, etc.)
4. Submit the form and wait to receive a license code from the manufacturer
5. Download the BrightEye control software
6. Connect a laptop or PC to the BrightEye device using USB
7. Open the BrightEye control software
○ Verify the device is recognized
8. Navigate to the License tab
9. Enter the license code provided by the manufacturer
10. Save/apply the configuration
✅ Important:
• Licensing is tied to the device serial number and cannot be reused on other devices
• Protected content will not display until this process is complete
