"Cannot add Button!" in Display Studio when trying to create new button or copy and paste a button; Corrupt Database
Potential Symptoms
- Able to trigger existing buttons but unable to copy and paste or create new buttons.
- Receiving error in Display Studio "Cannot Add Button!".
- Display Studio error logs show unable to find database or index duplicates.
- Creating a new database or loading a previous database allows button creation.

Cause
- Corrupted Database.
Resolution
