Venus Control Suite (VCS) Displays
For displays controlled by Venus Control Suite (VCS), display dimensions are found directly within the VCS interface.
Cloud-Hosted: Find Display or Zone Dimensions in VCS
- Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?
- Navigate to the Displays App.
- Click on an existing display.
- In the Configuration tab locate the pixel dimensions (width x height) and aspect ratio.
- If the display uses zones:
- In the Layout Section of the Configuration Tab, select the layout
- The zone properties for the selected layout are displayed on the right-hand side, including pixel dimensions for the specific zone.
- Log into Venus Control Suite using the desktop icon.
- Click on the Main Menu icon in the upper-left corner (three lines).
- Click on Displays.
- Your display size will be listed in the middle column.
- Display size represents pixels wide x pixels high, i.e. 250 pixels wide x 140 pixels high.
