When creating a new Project, there is an option to start from scratch or from an existing Template. The instructions in this article cover creating from a blank project.
It is necessary to know the dimensions of your display when creating a new project or template. To verify your display size, follow: Venus Displays: How do I find the dimensions of my display?

Starting with a new blank project
- Click Create, choose Create New Project from the drop-down menu.
- Choose Video to make display content.
- Choose the video size.
- Choose the custom canvas size from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the pixel dimension of the display you are designing the content for.
- Click Select and Continue.
This will open a blank project in the FrameWrx editor.

Transfer the content to your Daktronics System.

Configure the content to play via Display Studio or Venus Scheduling
Configure a button in Display Studio so it can be played on the display when needed. This can also be scheduled to play in systems using Venus Control Suite for scheduling.
