Venus Control Suite Advanced Scheduling: Create and Manage Advertisers

Topic

Use Advanced Scheduling in Venus Control Suite to create and manage Advertisers for organizing, scheduling, and tracking advertiser-specific content, playlists, and sales.

Overview

Understanding Advertisers
The Advertisers feature in Advanced Scheduling provides a way to organize, group, and track advertiser-specific content within Venus Control Suite. Each Advertiser represents a client, partner, or sale that you schedule content for.

Advertisers can be associated with playlists, media, and sales information, allowing users to manage multiple advertisers efficiently and maintain clear visibility across campaigns.

This feature is especially useful for facilities or networks that schedule content for multiple clients or partners and need to track content performance by advertiser.

Creating Advertisers
Advertisers are created and managed in the Advertisers tab within the Advanced Scheduling module of Venus Control Suite. Once created, they can be linked to media, playlists, and sales to organize content and reporting by advertiser.
