All Sport Pro: How to Manage Users, Passwords, and Battery Backup?

Manage user accounts, update or reset passwords, and understand battery backup behavior for the All Sport Pro Series 2.5 Interface.

As of Sept 30, 2025, Series 2.0 (plastic enclosure) is no longer produced. Series 2.5 (metal enclosure, internal battery, power-off button) is the official replacement and is a direct drop-in replacement for Series 2.0, with identical ports, radio, firmware, and power supply.

Steps

Add or Delete Users
  1. From the main menu  click Users.
  2. To add a user:
    • Click Add User.
    • Enter a Username and Password, then confirm the password.
    • Use the eye icon to reveal text if needed.
    • Click Save.
  3. To delete a user:
    • Select the user from the list.
    • Click Delete  then Confirm.
Change Password
  1. From the main menu , click Users, then select your username.
    (Alternatively, click the user icon in the upper-right corner and select Change Password.)
  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter and confirm your New Password.
  4. Use the eye icon to reveal text if needed.
  5. Click Save.
Reset Admin Password (Forgot Password)

Use this method to reset the "admin" account to its default password.

  1. Ensure the GAME CLOCK handheld switch is connected to the MAIN CLOCK jack.

  1. Toggle the CLOCK switch to the STOP position.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the POWER IN jack.
  3. Hold the HORN button while reconnecting the power cable.
  4. Wait for the STATUS LED to blink four times.
  5. Log in using the default credentials.
  6. After logging in, a prompt will appear to change the password.

Log Out of the Interface
  1. Click the user icon  in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Log Out to exit the current session.
  3. Game data will be saved and can be resumed later.
Battery Backup / Power Down
  1. The interface includes an internal Li-ion battery for backup.
  2. If power is lost, a countdown notification appears in the user interface as a reminder to plug the power back in.
  3. Battery backup lasts up to 5 minutes.

  1. To manually power down before the 5 minutes elapse:
    • Click Power from the user menu  or
    • Press and hold the button on the left side of the device until LEDs turn off (~5 seconds).

⚠️ Plug the device in overnight every 6 months to maintain battery health and ensure readiness for game day.

Additional Notes
  • Use strong, unique passwords for each user account.
  • Only authorized users should have access to the interface during live events.
  • Battery backup is intended for short-term use during accidental power loss.
