How do I view diagnostics information on a Novastar H Series processor?

  • Product: Novastar H Series Processor
  • Component: Novastar H2, H5, H9, H15, H20 Series Processor
  • Control System: Novastar

Steps

  1. Log into the Web Interface of the H Series Processor.
  2. Click the Device tab to view the device connection status and monitor the device running status or diagnose the device by using the self-test function to quickly locate device problems.
  3. Check device statuses: 
    1. Green connector: The connector is connected.
    2. White connector: The connector is not connected, or the connect device has failed.
    3. Gray connector: The connector is unavailable.
    4. Click the drop-down arrow next to the fan icon to view the statuses of all fans.
  4. Click Self-Test to quickly detect and locate device problems.
