Cause

  • Price Category mismatch between the POS data and the Price configuration in the FL5 Controller.

Resolution

  1. Confirm the Fuelink 5 Controller is running its latest firmware package.

  2. Run a POS Monitor Test and perform a price push from the Point of Sale to collect incoming data.
  3. Use the incoming data to determine which category is carrying the expected value.
  4. Adjust the Price Configuration in the FL5 Controller to the matching category and save the configuration.
