FrameWrks Getting Started
Create your scoreboard look in the FrameWrx editor.
Log in: FrameWrx: How do I log in to my account?
- Create > Create from Template.
- Locate other templates that you would like to place data elements on.
- Choose Custom Size.
Create Settings
- Video
- Custom Size
- Enter the Width and Height of your video display.
- Click the Select and Continue button.
Create a preview in the FrameWrx editor
- Use any logos or images from the asset library to finalize the look.
- Take a screenshot or save a separate project for reference. The data elements will need to be recreated in Content Studio.
- Remove any text fields or images that would be replace by data elements.
- Select the field and click on the trash icon to delete.

Export media from FrameWrx
Export the project to that can be edited in Content Studio.
- Click on the Export button.
- Enter the export parameters.
- File Name: This will be the name of the exported content.
- Format should be .png
- Click Download.
- This will save the file to your local computer's Downloads folder or default location.
- The email option will send an email with the file attached. The email will be from Daktronics<noreply@designhuddle.com> and the title of the email will match the title of the content.
- File Name: This will be the name of the exported content.

- Transfer the files over to the Content Studio computer to they can be used as a background of a presentation.
Locate and download any assets that are needed for media RTD
- Select Assets > Shared tab > Sports Media RTD Elements.
- Find the media associated with your design.
- Click on the images and download.
Download each image if there are multiple examples representing time-outs, strikes, quarters, etc. Example: Content Studio: How do I configure custom time out indicators via sport media RTD
Transfer and name the FrameWrx assets for the Digital Media Player or DMP.

- Images must be saved in the MediaRTD folder, located under C:\Program Data\Daktronics\VNET4\Content\MediaRTD
Name your media assets
- The images must match the same name as the RTD field it will be linked to.
- For batter headshots, name the headshots as: ##lastname.png or 32Anderson.png (combination of jersey number and player last name as entered in DakStats.)
- For a player with a single digit number, the file should be named #lastname.png.
- To help avoid running into players with the same name and same number, fields have been created called Batter Bitmap Player and Pitcher Bitmap Player.

Create a new presentation in Content Studio.
- To login to Content Studio, click the v2 desktop icon or Start > Daktronics > Content Studio v2 to launch the software.
- Click Log In. The default User Name and Password are already entered for the Content Studio Nucleus Server.
- Log in to Content Studio with your User Name and Password for Venus® Control Suite.
- Create a Presentation
- Start a new presentation in Content Studio.
- Import the FramwWrx exported project .png file as a background.

Add data elements for media RTD
- Find the field you wish to insert as a RTD field and click & drag it into the presentation. Any field can be entered as a media RTD field; however, some are specifically listed as a Media Field in the Dynamic Data Library (I.E Batter Bitmap Player).
- Select the Field Properties tab from the top of Content Studio. This will appear once a RTD field has been added to the presentation and is selected.
- Check the "Is media RTD" checkbox. This will replace the RTD text with a media item.
- A popup window will open. Browse to the image you wish to associate with the RTD Field.
- This is a place holder that will allow you to properly place where you want the media RTD to appear. The content that appears will depend on the naming of the files and the corresponding data.

Adjust the image to the location and size that you want it. Formatting needs to be similar in aspect ratio to the image you are pulling in. Media RTD will scale the image you select, into the area you select in the presentation.

Repeat Steps 1 through 3 to insert any other media RTD images you wish to place in your presentation.

Complete and Save the Presentation.
- Click and drag other RTD fields that you wish to use in your presentation, and format appropriately.
