  • What's the process to return exchange program parts to Daktronics?
    • Use the provided shipping label and the original box the exchange part shipped in to return any part that's included in our Daktronics Exchange Part Program.
    • If you no long have the shipping label or the box, you can request one via one of the following methods: 
      • Via MySupport
      • Via email: Support@Daktronics.com
      • Via phone: 1-800-325-8766 or +1-605-275-1040
        • Canada customers: please provide in your communication to Daktronics the box weight and dimensions so that an accurate return label can be provided to you.
  • What if I do not have my original box to make the return?
    • Package the part appropriately in a box with packing material to keep the part safe during shipping.
