Unable to edit Content Studio presentation; Content Studio opened incorrectly
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to edit Content Studio presentation when opening from the file.
- When opening Content Studio from the presentation file, getting the error: You must have a display type created to match the dimensions of this presentation (Width = x, Height = x) before opening it.
- Width and height are the display dimensions.
- Opening Content Studio brings you to server page and it times out to open Content Studio when you click next.

Cause
- Opening the presentation from the file is not sourcing the correct display type.
Resolution
- Open the Content Studio from Display Studio's pencil icon and open the presentation to the correct destination.
