MySupport | What Is The Contact Support Tab?

Where do I create a case in MySupport?  How can I contact Support or call Daktronics?

Environment

MySupport 
  1. Access by going to https://www.daktronics.com/mysupport/help
  2. Click on Sign In.

Steps

Contact Support is the last tab in the MySupport Ribbon.  Under this tab, you will find the options to:
  1. Create A Case.  This is the recommended way for reaching Support for standard assistance. Be sure and check your contact information to make sure it is up to date for accurate callbacks.   For more information on creating a case please view MySupport | How do I Create and Submit a Case? and  MySupport | Cases Tab: How Do I View or Add Comments to My Cases?
  2. The phone information to contact Daktronics Support for your Urgent Requests.
