Can Daktronics text me with updates on MySupport?    What are the quick buttons on the Home page for?  Can I view cases, parts orders or service activities?  Where do I find my profile information?

Steps

After logging in to your MySupport page, your landing page will be the Home page.

  1. The first thing you may notice is a banner letting you know you can sign up for Text messages.  Just click the link and fill out the information.  For more information on MySupport Text messages, please view How To Opt In To SMS Text Messaging Via MySupport
  2. To the right side of the page are the Quick Buttons.  You can quickly access the areas to Search the Knowledge Base, you can ask a question to your peers by selecting the Ask Community button, you can go directly to the Contact Support page where you can create a new case, or you can Schedule a Support Callback.
  3. You can view Open Cases and Closed Cases. 
  4. You can view Part order activities and Onsite service activities.
  5. You can access the settings for your My Profile.
