How can I request a MySupport account?
What is MySupport?

Steps

At Daktronics, we make support simple through Daktronics MySupport . This mobile-friendly, online portal allows you to see the progress of your open service cases and order statuses, open new services cases and includes the option of requesting call backs, parts and on-site service.

To request a MySupport account:
  1. Visit http://daktronics.com/mysupport 
  2. Click on the button titled CREATE ACCOUNT image.png
  3. Complete the requested fields
  4. You will receive two emails - one from Support@daktronics.com and one from noreply@login.daktronics.com  The noreply email will be your activation email and instruct you of the steps to complete setting up your MySupport account.   The Support@daktronics email will provide additional information regarding your account.  If you do not find these emails, be sure to check your junk mail folder.
  5. When creating your password, it must be at least 8 characters long with a minimum of 1 upper case letter, 2 lower case letters and at least 1 number.
  6. Log in to your account and when landing on your MyDaktronics page, select the MySupport option.
