RC-200: How to setup Server and Client mode in base stations.

Steps

- Set all of the RC-200 Base Stations to the same Channel (usually channel 1) by changing S2 on the Base Stations.
- Note: by default, the base stations are normally set to channel 1 when they are shipped out.
- Set all of the RC-200 Base Stations to the same BCAST/Group (usually BCAST 1) by changing S3 on the Base Stations.
- Note: by default, the base stations are normally set to BCAST 1 when they are shipped out.
- The Function dial (S1) must be set to 2.
- Wireless Base Station Server/Client Mode is selected via the "X1" Server/Client Jumper.
- Insert the jumper over the top two posts as shown in the "CLIENT" label on the circuit board to put one or more of the wireless Base Station in Client Mode.
- Insert the jumper over the top two posts as shown in the "SERVER" label on the circuit board to put one of the wireless Base Stations in Server Mode.
- Note: by default, the base stations are normally set to server mode when they are shipped out.
- Set the RC-200 handheld controller to the same group/bcast and channel as the base stations.
- Verify everything is operating normally.
- To change the Sport Code being used on the RC-200 handheld:
- Press the ALT key in the bottom left.
- Then press the NEW CODE button in the bottom right.
- Press ENTER/YES to select a new code.
- Enter in the correct code from the number pad (correct codes can be found on inserts - e.g. code 05 for play clocks).
- Press ENTER/YES to confirm changes.
