Venus Control Suite Multi-Account Access allows sign company users to move between all assigned customer accounts using one secure login.
With multi-account access, you can:
- Access all customer VCS accounts from one username
- Switch between accounts without logging in and out
- Support multiple customers more efficiently
- Improve communication by using a real, reachable email address as your login
- Reduce risk and improve accountability with proper user identity
- Guide customers through onboarding and software navigation with ease
- Provide content and scheduling help without credential hassles
This update is designed to simplify your daily workflow while strengthening security - not just for you, but for the customers who trust you to help manage their displays.
What You Should Do Next
To consolidate your current account access into your new multi-account setup, reach out to the Venus Control Suite product manager, Audie Baker at audie.baker@daktronics.com, with the following:
- A list of all VCS accounts you currently access
- The login credentials you use for each
- Your primary sign company user email (the one to use going forward)
This will allow us to centralize your permissions into a single, secure account.
