Scoreboard showing wrong information or is blank, Wrong sport code

Potential Symptoms

Scoreboard will not display information from the console.
- Scoreboard will not respond to the console.
- Display might be blank or partially blank.
After entering in code, information not populating in the correct location.
- Baseball/softball: Ball, Strike, Out information is populating but is also showing same data in the clock digits.
Scoreboard horn may not be working or going off and info looks garbled when operating.
Scoreboard is displaying wrong sport information.
Incandescent scoreboard works, but some digits are flickering instead of changing.
Information on LCD screen of console or remote shows information other than what is expected for the sport being played.
- Baseball/softball (B=0, S=0, I=0 Z-0 H=0) rather than Clock Score information on LCD.
Scoreboard lights stay on all the time while the horn goes off about every 30 seconds and also unable to change anything on the scoreboard.

Cause

Wrong code is entered in the console.

If scoreboard has a non-addressable driver in it, it will use the non-addressable sport code.

Resolution

Find the correct sport code by following article: What All Sport code should I use for my scoreboard?
- Sports codes are also listed in the All Sport manual.
Use corresponding sport overlay for sport code selected in step 1.
