  • Card and port numbers do not appear for affected DP inputs and are unable to successfully add and save card and part number

Cause

  •    Hardware Description file does not have the FirmwareType set correctly

Resolution

  •    Set the FirmwareType in the Hardware description file to what is appropriate for the card (input, vidproc, output, vxport)
