How to set the IP address on a VFC

Steps

  1. Login to the VFC by selecting enter on the keypad.
  2. Select Sign 1.
  3. Select Configuration.
  4. Select Communication.
  5. Select Ethernet.
  6. Select IP.
  7. Select Static.
  8. Enter IP address and then select enter.
  9. Enter Subnet mask and then select enter.
  10. Enter Gateway and then select enter.
  11. The DNS needs to be set to static or dynamic.
  12. Select Static.
  13. Enter preferred DNS Server and then select enter.
  14. Enter  Alternate DNS Server and then select enter.
  15. The VFC screen will show IP success once the IP address is set.
