Steps

  1. With the display open in IDM, click the Display drop down and then click Settings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and locate the Upload Override section.
  3. Click the radio button next to On.

  4. Adjust the upload interval and expiration time if needed and click Submit.

    • The default interval will upload once every minute for an hour before expiring.
  5. Click the Display drop down and select Module Map to return to the normal IDM view.
    • Display Poll Interval and the Last Poll time will determine when the upload override takes effect, the current status can be seen under the Network Portion of the displays "Status" screen.

    • In the example above, the display is polling every 5 minutes and last poll was at 12:25 PM.  For this display it would be expected to poll again at 12:30 PM which would activate the upload override and start uploading every minute at 12:31 PM.
