Blank Display Section: Content not playing to a section, plays test patterns from Nova Star sending box, PIP enabled

Environment

  • Product: NovaStar Sending Box,  NovaLCT

Cause

  • Firmware updates from the sending box selected the PIP option by default

Resolution

  • Verify the PIP options are set as desired after firmware updates.  The PIP settings can be enabled or disabled via the front panel (VX4S and Vx6S machines).
