Unable to Create Data Feeds in Venus Control Suite; User Account is not an Administrator

Cause

  • User role is that of a Standard User and does not have access to setting up data feeds as per DD3544988.

Resolution

  • Contact an administrative user under the account to change the user role from Standard User to Administrator.
