Data Studio: How do I Switch Between Data Studio or All Sport Stats for my Stat Panels?

  • Control System: Show Control System (SCS), Venus Control Suite (VCS)
Follow these steps if the All Sport operator wants be in total control of stats panels beyond clock and score. For example, they also want to control PLYR/FLS/PTS in Basketball or PPLYR/ACES/KILLS in Volleyball.  

Steps

  1. Launch Data Studio
  2. Navigate to the All Sport Provider Configuration page in Data Studio by clicking the page icon with an arrow on it
  3. Check the checkbox 'All Sport Only - No Stats' so that no xml stats will be sent
    1. NOTE: If Data Studio BB/VB is set to rebroadcast All Sport data on UDP port 21000, then the stats portion of that rebroadcast will ALSO be driven by the All Sport (not from external XML data file). However, ERTD output 21321, JSON feed, and Stats Requests (BB only) are still via the XML data file.
