Camino: How to recover a lost Camino panel.

Cause 

  • Changing to a different monitor resolution causes a UI panel to disappear.

Steps

  1. First try to recover the panel by selecting it under View or Restore Default View.
  2. Close Camino.
  3. Type regedit at the start menu to open the Registry Editor app.
  4. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > AJTSystems.

  5.  Delete the Camino version being used. A confirmation message opens.

  6. Click Yes.
  7. Close the Registry Editor app and restart Camino. The layout is now the default layout.
  8. Select the missing panel in View.
