Shot Clock: When shot clock is under 30 Seconds, it resets to 30 instead of blanking

Potential Symptoms

  • Shot clock resets to 30 seconds rather than blanking when game clock is under 30 seconds.

Cause

  • SHOT CLOCK-MODE AUTO BLANK setting in All Sport 5000 console is set to <N>.

Resolution

  1. After entering the sport code required, press the MENU button.
  2. Press the down arrow 6 times, or until you reach the MENU- MAIN EDIT SETTINGS submenu and press ENTER.
  3. Arrow down 7 times, or until you reach the SHOT CLOCK-MODE AUTO BLANK submenu.
  4. Press YES to have the shot clock auto blank when the shot clock time is greater than or equal to the game clock time.
