Adflow - Hardware Repair Return (Depot Warranty)

Steps

  1. Before shipping the player, an RMA number must be obtained from Adflow Support via e-mail or phone. Without an RMA number, the repair cannot be completed.
  2. Player must be packaged securely and shipped to the correct address provided with the RMA. The RMA number itself must be clearly marked on the label/box.
  3. Shipment to Adflow must be paid for by the shipper (client). Return shipping will be billed to the client by Adflow.
  4. Upon receipt of the shipment, Adflow will diagnose and repair the unit and ship back to the address specified in the initial request.
