V1500 "Ghost" or unwanted content is playing on the display.

Potential Symptoms

  • Image is appearing on the display that is not included in any playlist.

Cause

  • One or more of the playlists is corrupt.

Resolution

  •  Clear controller memory.
  •  Either recreate all content and playlists or play one playlist at a time until you find which playlist has the ghost image.
  •  Delete that content and playlist and create a new playlist with the new content.
