Venus Reporting: How can I view user activity in Venus Control Suite?

The activity report will show user activity within an account.  This can be helpful for user auditing purposes with a maximum of 30 days.

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite
  2. Open Reporting from the My Apps menu or from the Venus Launch Pad page. 
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Choose the Account Activity Report.
  5. Give the Report a name.
  6. Choose which Account to generate the report from.
  7. Under Range, enter Time and Date parameters for the report you wish to generate.
  8. Click Submit to generate the report.
  9. View the report within the Venus Control Suite or click Download to create a downloadable CSV file.  
  10. The report includes date, time, user, action (modify or delete), and item (workspace & item title).  See image below for details.Activity Report_Venus Control Suite.png
