DDM for Excel: How to backup DDM configuration

Steps

  1. Browse to the location you have the DDM xls file saved
  2. This most likely will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Daktronics\DDM though it could be anywhere on your machine, even multiple locations or folders.
  3. Copy both the .xls file you are using in DDM and the associated .cfg file, they will both be in the same folder/location.
    1. Both files will have the same name, just a different extension
    2. Ex: Wrestling.xls and Wrestling.cfg
  4. Each different xls file you have should have a corresponding .cfg file, make sure to grab all of the files you use.
