Unable to save data on Radio Web Interface; Browser issue

Potential Symptoms

  • Not able to save data on FLXR web interface using Internet Explorer.
  • Unable to get information to save on the FLXR Server Radio, might look like it's saved but it never detects any Client Radios.
  • After making changes within the FLXR Server Radios Web Interface and rebooting the Server Radio the changes aren't holding. 
  • When clicking the Apply button within the Servers Web Interface it doesn't appear to be actually taking the click.

Environment

  • Product Family: Digit and Price Displays
  • Product: FL-3000, FL-4500
  • Component: FLXR Server Radio
  • Control System:  FLXR web interface, Avalon

Cause

  • Issue with Internet Explorer (IE).

Resolution

  • Power cycle computer. If that doesn't work try another browser.
  • EX Chrome or Firefox.
