Content Studio preview is Blank, no monitor attached to PC.
Potential Symptoms
- When trying to preview a message in content studio it is just blank.
- This includes the preview in edit mode, the content tab, the schedule tab, and happens on all presentations.
- When remoted to the PC containing Venus 1500 software, and attempting to check or change the desktop resolution settings get:
- "the display settings cannot be changed from a remote session."

Cause
- The Venus software and PC is rendering an image/video and their remote session doesn't like doing it on it's emulated desktop.
Resolution
- Plug a monitor into the PC so the software and PC knows how to emulate the video or image.
