DMP8000 resume commands does not start content in a paused state

Potential Symptoms

  • Paused video content does not immediately start playing when sent a Resume command
  • After some amount of time, relative to the amount of time that the clip was in a paused state, the clip will begin to play again
  • The clip may appear to fast-forward to a point further into the clip
  • The DMP is configured to normalize audio levels automatically

  • Update to version 8.14 of the DMP software
