Shot Clock: Blank, No POST; Incoming power issue

Potential Symptoms

  • Shot clock is blank and horn does not sound, no POST.
  • Power into power supply and transformers is not measuring correctly.
    • Getting 118vAC between Hot & Neutral, Hot & Ground, and Neutral & Ground coming into power supply.
    • Getting 118vAC on each of the 4 pins on the primary side of the transformer, 0vAC between pins 1&5.
  • Voltage coming in at J42 (Power In) with it disconnected from clock is not measuring the needed 120vac between Hot & Ground and Hot & Neutral.
    • Get 117.6vAC Hot to Ground but only 76.5vAC Hot to Neutral.
    • Measuring voltage between Neutral & Ground of 35.5vAC when there should be 0v.
