Display Studio: When opening Content Studio from Display Studio getting an Error - V7000 Workspace is not available

Potential Symptoms

  • When opening Content Studio getting error "This Workspace listed below is not could not be loaded and will not be available for use within Content Studio- V7000 workspace"

Environment

  • Control System: Display Studio, V7000

Cause

  • Missing V7000 folder under C:\Programs (x86)\Daktronics\Content Studio.

Resolution

  • Go to Windows Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
  • Select Display Studio and click on Change program.
  • Make sure that DMP-7000 is set to "This feature and all sub-features, will be installed on local hard drive".  

For Temporary Operation

  • Pressing OK on the error message will allow Content Studio to open.
