Cause

  • Any triggers made prior to March 2018 / Version 4.17 that have padded spaces will break after an update.  

Resolution

  • Users with data triggers that padded the comparison with expected spaces will need to remove the spaces for the triggers to work.
    For example if triggering when [GameClock == " 9:00"] that will need to be updated to [GameClock == "9:00"]
    This will affect jersey numbers, names and  any RTD that comes in that doesn't always fill out the entire reserved space in the buffer. 
  1. Open Configure Data Package
  2. Select Open Condition Editor
  3. Remove spaces in the condition's configuration.
