Steps

  • Operating system can be determined a couple of different ways while connected to the computer through VNC or directly logged in.
    • Option 1
      • Click the Start menu and compare the results found in the computer onsite with the pictures below.

      • View the System Properties for the computer
        1. Click the Start menu.
        2. Click Control Panel.
        3. Click System in the Control Panel
