DAK Score App: Unable To Detect MX-1 In the app,, Location Setting Turned Off

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to detect MX-1 in Dak Score App but can find it with the phones default blue tooth scan from phone settings.
  • Other devices are able to detect and connect to the MX-1.

Cause

  • Dak Score App does not have permission to use location services on the control device.

Resolution

  • Allow Dak Score app permission to use location settings on device.
    1. Turn on location settings from phone menu.
    2. May need to specifically allow Dak Score app location settings permission from settings. (See phone Manual for steps).
    3. Select allow on all prompts when opening the Dak Score App.
