A. Destination- This drop down will list all the places that you can send your screen to. Select the one with your TriCaster name

Note: There may be TriCaster (1) and TriCaster (2). This is for what net source you want to bring it in on. This allows you to bring in two computers or other sources if you want

B. Video Source- This option allows you to choose all or part of your screen to show. If you just choose Computer Name (Primary) this will select the whole screen. Further down on the menu you will see Region and Window and this allows you to show just a window on your screen or you can select a certain region to show.

C. Hide Mouse Cursor- This allows you to hide the cursor if you were playing something full screen and didn't want your mouse on your source

D. Follow Mouse- This can be helpful if you are doing a presentation and want the screen to follow the movements of your mouse

E. Audio Source- This allows you to indicate how you would like your audio to go. If you wanted it out of the computer, over the network to your TriCaster or to mute your audio.

Open your TriCaster and go to Live Production so that you see the switcher screen.

  1. Where it says Net 1 hover over this source and you will see a drop-down menu. In that menu should be listed the computer as a source. Select that and you should see it populate with the screen in the preview window.
  2. To bring this up in program or preview select the NET 1 button in the either the program or preview bus.
