"What's the risk?" popup when attempting to log into VIP, unknown

Potential Symptoms

  • Receive a popup that says "What's the risk?" when attempting to log into a VIP but do not get any options to click.

Cause

  • Unknown.

Resolution

  • Add the VIP's IP address to the "Trusted sites" list in Internet Explorer.
    1. Click the "Gear" icon in the upper right of the Internet Explorer window.
    2. Click Internet options from the dropdown.
    3. Click the Security tab.
    4. Click the Trusted Sites icon from the choices along the top to select it.
    5. Click the Sites button.
    6. Uncheck the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" box.
    7. Enter the IP address for the VIP in the "Add this website to the zone:" box.
    8. Click the Add button.
    9. Click close.
