Potential Symptoms

  • Why is my mobile device unable to find the All Sport MX-1?
  • My cell phone isn't seeing the All Sport MX-1.

Environment

  • Product: All Sport MX-1
  • Components: 
  • Control System: Scoreboard with DAK Score control

Cause

  • Bluetooth® is turned off on the mobile device.
  • MX-1 is not receiving power.
  • Mobile device is too far away from the MX-1.
  • Another user has already connected to the MX-1 via Bluetooth® (only allows one connection at a time).

Resolution

  • Ensure Bluetooth® wireless technology is enabled on your device.
  • Ensure the MX-1 has power. Verify the Power LED is steady on.
  • Ensure you are within 50' (15 m) of the MX-1 and there is a clear line of sight to it.
  • Someone else may already be connected to it. Verify no one else in the area has connected to the MX-1 box you need to use.
