Venus 7000: How do I make a Script Button

  • How to make a Script Button for a DMP-7000

Steps

  1. From the V7000 Shell Click Display
  2. Click on Scripting container
  3. Right click on an open cell and Select Edit Cell
  4. Give the Cell a name, Example Dimming 50%, then click Ok
  5. Right Click on the same cell
  6. Select Edit script File
  7. Click on Add Line
  8. Select the Command operation desired and click next
  9. Select the sign in which the command is for and click next
  10. Adjust the properties of the selected item and click next, then finish.
  11. If more script lines for this button are needed repeat steps 7-10.
  12. When complete click close
  13. Depress the new button
  14. Check the Bottom dialog to see if the button passes and performs the action that was intended
