Steps

Check to see if there are pending approvals: 

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Control Suite: How do I log in?
  2. Navigate to the Media Library. Scheduling app > Media Library (from left side menu)
  3. Click on the approval icon to switch to approval mode.

Approve/ Reject Content

For individual approvals, click on a file.  

  1. The properties will slide out on the right side to show a larger thumbnail and details.  
  2. Click on the image to preview the actual resolution.
  3. Esc button to close out the image preview.  
  4. Click Approve or Reject.

  • When rejecting content, account owners will be able to add an explanation.  
  • The advertisers will be able to see the who rejected the media and the explanation.  
 Bulk approval or rejections can be done by selecting all or individual pieces of content and clicking on the thumbs-up 👍 for approval or thumbs-down 👎 for rejection.
