Venus Scheduling: How do advertisers submit content for approval in Venus Control Suite

  • Components: Advertiser accounts, content approval
  • Control System: Venus Cloud-Based, Venus Local

Certain advertiser accounts require content approval by the display owner before items can play.

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Control Suite: How do I log in?
  2. Click on the Media Tab to view the Media Library.  Upload media- Venus Media Library: How do I upload content into the media library for Venus Control Suite?
  3. Put a checkmark next to the file(s) you want to send/submit for approval. in another way, select the media thumbnail for the slide out.

  1. Click on "Send for Approval". 
  2. Click confirm to send for approval. 
 
Once the account administrator reviews the content, the advertiser will see approved/rejected badges in the media library.
