No communication to the display; USB to Ethernet adapter unplugged
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to publish content to the display from Venus 1500.
- There are "No Response" or "Unable to connect to display" alerts in Venus 1500.
- Display typically communicates using a USB to Ethernet adapter but when checking network adapters on the computer there is no USB to Ethernet adapters listed.

Cause
- USB to Ethernet adapter not connected to computer or is unplugged.
Resolution
- Plug adapter into computer.
- For first time connections it will be necessary to ensure the driver for the adapter is installed and then the adapter is configured for the connection it is to make.
