Venus Reporting: How do I create events for event proof-of-play report in Venus Control Suite

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite
  2. Open Reporting from the My Apps menu or from the Venus Launch Pad page. 
Add an Event.
  1. Click on the flag icon to open the Events page. 
  2. Click Add New to add a new event.

Event Configuration
  1. Type a Title.
  2. Click within Date and select a day from the calendar.
  3. Select the appropriate Time Zone where the event will take place.
  4. Type the Start Time and End Time.
  5. Select Tags as needed. Type a new tag if the appropriate tag is not available. Note: Tags assist in sorting events when creating a proof of play report.
  6. Click Confirm to save or Cancel to discard changes and return to Events.
 
Edit Events.
  1. To edit an event, click the event from the list and perform Steps 2-7 above.
  2. To delete an event, select one or more events, and then click the trash can icon.

Run the Report for the Event.
