FL-3000/4500, Delay in price change, Price will update after leaving "Price Edit" mode, Driver Lock Up

Potential Symptoms

  • Delay in some of the displays when trying to communicate. 
  • First couple of displays in the chain change prices normally, following displays have a delayed update or don't update at all.
  • When in price edit mode you cannot see the price change when incrementing the value.
  • Decimal does not blink on affected displays.

Cause

  • Unknown, suspect that the driver has locked up.

Resolution

  • Power cycle the display.
