Environment

  • Venus Control Suite

Cause

  • Playlists configured improperly:
    • One or more playlist's Playlist Mode is set to Play One File.
    • User added message that is playing multiple times to each playlist.

Resolution

  1. Set Playlist Mode to Play All Files.
  2. Ensure playlist is configured properly and there are not duplicates or the same message in multiple playlists.
