Steps

  1. Log into the web configuration for the DMP by entering the name or IP address of the display into the address bar of a web browser.
  2. Perform one of the following depending on which DMP interface you have.
    • HTML (new) DMP web interface.
      1. Click the Storage tile from the Dashboard.
      2. Click Delete All Content.
      3. Enter the DMP password when prompted.
      4. Type deleteĀ in the box when prompted.
      5. Click Delete All Content.
    • Silverlight (legacy) DMP web interface
      1. Click the Tools tab.
      2. Click the Delete All Content button.
      3. Click Yes on the first prompt to continue.
      4. Click No on the second prompt to delete content.
